Jams & Relishes
We make our jams traditionally in open pots allowing for a concentration of flavor as the fruit reduces, a richer colour and a hint of caramelisation from the exposure of the raw sugar to high heat.
We include chia seeds in our recipes (the ancient Aztec super-food), because they are high in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, provide energy and fibre and naturally supplement the minerals our bodies need...and of course, for their pop!
All of our jams & relishes are made from fresh seasonal Australian grown produce and are available until they are all jam gone.
Every effort is made to source our selected herbs and spices in Australia, however this is not always possible. When not these are clearly labelled on our jars to ensure our customers are able to choose.
Don't worry...we will make more and there are new seasonal flavours available through the year.
Our almond butters are made from roasted Australian almonds, ground at a low speed to reduce any unneccesary heat, combined with chia seeds and sometimes flavoured with cacao nibs or japanese matcha (green tea).
